This toy is a bit pricey, but the fruit are adorable! They are extremely durable and stand up to any teething little one! I purchased extra fruit to add in, but the basket just fits the fruit it comes with. The faces are sweet and not scary at all for little ones.

My 3-year old son adores Under The Nile fruits and veggies. He carries them everywhere he goes, and even sleeps with them! I got him this multi-fruit tote for his birthday, and I might as well not have bought him anything else. A fun, durable toy.

Summary: "much smaller than i imagined"

this organic fruit basket is much smaller than i thought. Especially the banana, it's a mini version instead of the original size which you can find at whole foods market. But over all, they are well-made and organic. I don't have to worry about my baby chewing on them.

Summary: "Very Cute!"

Very cute toy for little hands to hold; however I was surprised by how small they are. My baby loves to carry around the fruits and it is a nice educational toy but the basket is so tiny it is not ideal to take with us on grocery shopping trips as I had intended. But overall, I think it is adorable for a baby between 6 months and 1.5 years but probably not too exciting for a child over 2 years.

Summary: "Worth the $"

My 4 month old LOVES these fruit. When he sees them he throws his hands into the air and squeals. His favorite portion right now is the basket. I think the bright red contrasting stripes are visually stimulating and the braided handle provides interesting texture. All the fruit have interesting textures to explore.

It seems every few years, a new chemical used in manufacturing plastics is discovered to be toxic to babies (like BPA, PVC, and now thalates), and I like that with these toys, I won't need to worry about the next toxic chemical that hasn't yet been researched.
